METALEX Park I will be located next to the newly built park on the Mladost square. The place is quiet and calm, but at the same time very communicative, as there are a clinic, a kindergarten, schools and shopping centers nearby. The building will be located next to one of the main boulevards of the city - Slivica Boulevard, which provides quick access to all areas of the city.
