About the project
BLD is pleased to present you a project with character. MONA - building 2, is part of the residential complex MONA - a place to live an exciting life. The project with a total of 4 buildings started with the construction of the first two - MONA and MONA 2. The buildings have the modern look of modern construction and are fully consistent with the overall atmosphere of the area.
The MONA complex is located in the Manastirski Livadi district, with an extremely convenient location and close to the center of Sofia, Vitosha Nature Park, the Ring Road and the city exits. The calm atmosphere in the neighborhood favors the beginning of a full new life, and the exciting panoramic views of Vitosha Mountain and those above the city complete the home idyll.
Kostenski Vodopad Street, in which BLD is investing as a gift for the residents of MONA and the neighborhood, is the new road that connects MONA with Todor Kableshkov Blvd. and the city center.
MONA complex offers a large selection of one and two bedroom apartments that are comfortable and functional. In building 1 will be built a special co-sharing type room for all residents, as well as a meadow for pets. The building will have indoor and outdoor parking.
