About the project
MELODY RESIDENCE has an architecture in harmony with the environment and is based on a modern and sustainable vision.
The construction of the building is planned to be monolithic-skeletal, reinforced concrete, calculated on an earthquake according to the latest European standards. The external walls are with ceramic blocks "Wineberger", with a thickness of 25 cm and external insulation of 10 cm, according to the new thermal requirements. There are 6 residential floors, and on the ground floor there are 4 apartments with their own yard.
In the basement there are 16 pieces. parking spaces and basements to each apartment.
