About the project
La Tulipe Noire is our first solo project, in which we strive to show our vision of the art of creating buildings and surrounding space that give a sense of comfort and coziness.
The building is located at 7 Vitoshko Lale Street in the picturesque Pavlovo district. The quiet and peaceful residential area has a well-developed road and social infrastructure. Single-family houses and small multi-family residential buildings predominate, most of which are richly landscaped. Nearby there are kindergartens and schools, sports facilities, medical centers, grocery stores, restaurants and bank branches.
ARCHITECTURE
La Tulipe Noire is a modern building of the latest generation, which offers all the amenities of gated communities. It is located in a spacious property of 2,056 m2, and the built-up area of the building occupies less than 40% of the plot. Landscaping and parking areas are provided (including underground parking). The building is entirely residential, which provides peace and comfort of living. La Tulipe Noire consists of 2 sections with 5 above ground and 1 underground level, with 4 apartments on each floor. Ground floor apartments with adjoining landscaped courtyards are provided.
The access to the underground garage is provided by an elevator and a staircase. The complex is fully secure, with controlled access and security.
The concept of La Tulipe Noire is to be a combination of four separate low-rise volumes, divided into 2 sections and spaced in height in order to maximize the fit in the natural terrain and the surrounding environment. This ensures comfort and privacy of the occupants.
CONSTRUCTION
The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete structure according to Bulgarian and European construction regulations. High-strength concrete class C25 / 30 and reinforcing steel class B500 are used. The foundation slab is 0.50 m thick. The floor slabs are beamless, 0.20 m thick and with contour beams. The floors have a structural height of 2.90 m.
La Tulipe Noire is made up of two separate bodies / sections separated by a deformation joint to ensure seismic resistance.
The construction of the building is designed and built to provide maximum opportunities for individualization of the apartments in order to meet the requirements of each occupant.
