About the project
"BUILDING 33" is the latest project of Idea Buildings. The building is located in the Raspberry Valley meters from the stadiums of the National Sports Academy. Why "BUILDING 33", because it is the 33rd residential building of Idea Buildings and because "33" sounds quite familiar in Student City.
ADVANTAGES
When creating the building, the leading factor for us was the integration in the surrounding environment, both in terms of vision of the building and in terms of functionality of each individual apartment. The building has the typical architecture of Idea Buildings, but also skillfully blends with the environment, namely the city of young and educated people - Student City.
