Russian auction house will sell Bulgarian real estate properties

Russian auction house will now engage in the sale of Bulgarian real estate, as well as the selection of objects on the orders of investors. This statement was made by Olga Sokolova, deputy director of the Russian auction house, reports ee24.com citing newsbg.ru.

At the moment, fifteen residential and commercial properties have been set out.

Among them, the four-storey house of 910 sq.m in Varna, which windows are overlooking the Black Sea. The initial cost of the lot is €650,000. The house, located in the quarter Trakata, has all the household appliances and furniture. The yard is equipped with the garage, there is a room for security and gardener, a barbecue, and a garden with a vegetable patch.

The decision to sell the real estate properties on the Russian site was made in conjunction with the Service for Economic and Commercial Affairs at the Embassy of Bulgaria and the Center of Industry of Bulgaria in Moscow. There is reason to believe that the sale of the Bulgarian real estate through the auction house will be a long term project.
