Owners of apartments in Bulgaria have lost access to their pools

"Is Bulgaria Russia or Africa?" - ask owners of apartments, who are not allowed to swim in communal pools. The operator requires €4,000 per flat for the right to use them, writes ee24.com citing newsbg.ru.

The developer has sold pools in residential development Sun City in Sunny Beach, and the new owner wants tenants to buy them at a price of €300,000, which means €4,000 per apartment.

Developer say they are not responsible for the complex anymore. Meanwhile, affected residents (mostly Russians, Ukrainians and Bulgarians) have documents on purchase with a right to use the communal swimming pools for free. Prosecutor got the complaint and it has to find out who is right.
