In Bulgaria an apartment complex was put up for sale due to the bankruptcy of the company

Apartment Complex "Rich Daddy and Spa", which is under construction near Pomorie, was again put up for sale because of the bankruptcy of developers, according to ee24.ru citing newsbg.ru.

For sale are 184 apartments and adjacent to the complex territory. The starting price for the entire complex is €5.2 million or €204 per sq.m.

Company engaged in construction of the complex, "Goodwin", is owned by Latvian Nicolais Kiva and Ukrainian Natalia Lebedeva and Dmitry Sidorenko. Problems with the complex have arisen back in 2009 at the height of the crisis. The developers failed to find investors, and "Rich Daddy & Spa" was put up for auction at the request of creditors.

According to rumors, a lot of respectable people bought the apartments in the complex - from the leaders of "Gazprom" and " Sibneft" to artists, athletes and filmmakers who have invested millions of leva in the construction of the facility. However, these rumours have not been confirmed by anyone.
