Periodically foreign clients faced thr unscrupulous developers and vendors. Most often there are problems with outstanding mortgages, which have not been declared at the time of signing the contract. Avoid these problems quite easily. You just have to hire a sensible lawyer and go through all stages of the transaction under his control. This will save you from the headache and the fear of being cheated.
