The Russians will build elite real estate on coast of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Russians will build luxury properties on the coast of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Foreigners, especially the Russians, are interested in areas Aranđelovo and Jazina on the border with Montenegro and near the town of Trebinje, which is 24 km from the Croatian Dubrovnik, so prices are increasing, reports Balkans.com.

The value of land around Trebinje is 10,236 euro for 1000 m2. Areas more than 10,000 m2 are most popular, according to Vaso Milić, the owner of real estate company Tviko.

Foreign investors are interested in real estate in Ivanica, near the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina with Croatia (cost per square meter is more than 768 euro), where many villas have already been built.
