The Raffle Tower residential complex is a new prestigious building under construction within the framework of the Baku White City project.
New building location
LCD Raffle Tower in Baku is located at ul. 1st Green Island, 7. The new micro-district White City with a rich infrastructure provides all the needs of a city dweller. There are no large industrial enterprises nearby. A three-minute walk is the small Luna Park, and just 900 meters from the sea. A mile and a half passes the railway.

Transport infrastructure
The nearest metro station "Khatai" is located half an hour walk from the complex. To a stop on Nobel Avenue, on which four bus and minibus routes run at intervals of 6-8 minutes, about 800 meters.
The Baku-Passenger railway station is five kilometers away, and one and a half kilometers is the Nariman Narimanov station. Heydar Aliyev International Airport is less than half an hour by car.
Architecture and Specifications
The single-section Raffle Tower twenty-story building is being constructed using modern technology. The project incorporated high energy efficiency and earthquake resistance of the building. The stylish architecture of the house allows it to harmoniously fit into the overall development of the White City. The new building is located on a high stylobate, thanks to which even owners of apartments on the ground floor will be able to enjoy sea views from the windows.
The house has a concrete monolithic foundation and a monolithic frame. The facade is insulated with environmentally friendly materials and faced with ceramic tiles.

Walking paths and driveways are laid around the house. For temporary car parking there is a guest parking, a bicycle parking is also arranged. A spacious underground parking is under construction, where you can go down by elevator.
