LCD Konstra MTK is a twenty-story three-sectional house designed in a modern style taking into account national traditions and trends in the real estate market.
The building structure is based on a reinforced concrete monolithic frame mounted on a solid monolithic foundation. When constructing the walls, the developer uses red ceramic bricks, as well as other environmentally friendly materials, providing comfortable living conditions at a low cost of housing operation. The house has a pitched roof. The facade is insulated with a mineral wool durable heat insulator, faced with the use of natural stone “aglay”.
Loggia stained glass is produced. You can also buy an apartment with an open unglazed balcony, which has a protective fence made of metal openwork lattice. The building will:

- emergency power supply system equipped with an electric generator;
- natural gas from the central city gas pipeline.

The two lower floors of the complex are occupied by offices, various shops, as well as other objects of importance for residents and new buildings.
