About the project
Designed by the prestigious Richter Dahl Rocha Architectes studio, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, RESPIRA Devoto is a residential building with the highest standards that the sector can provide today. It has an excellent location in the Devoto neighborhood, garden of the City of Buenos Aires and recently designated as the Wine District, being one of the most traditional neighborhoods with a strong sense of belonging, close to the main traffic routes, in a privileged environment, containing a wide social life, a generous range of gastronomic proposals, and a superior educational offer.
The units that make it up are "houses in a building" with very generous units from 120 m2 and up to a unit of 300 m2, with typologies of 3 and 4 rooms, and various possible configurations, which make it a dynamic project.
All units will have generous outdoor spaces, which will be extensions of the units, to accompany the new lifestyle Units will feature outdoor cooking stations, with Kamados and grills.
The two largest units, called "CASA TIERRA" and "CASA AIRE", will have their own amenities, such as an outdoor kitchen space, a pergola-type area, green space, solarium and pool.
