The number of property transactions in Tallinn increased in April compared with the same period last year by 32,7%, total value - by 44,2%. Compared with March, the total value of transactions in April rose by 35%.
In the past month in Tallinn were settled 555 transactions with apartments, with average value – 1 093 euros per square meter. The most expensive apartment sold in April, costs 388 000 euros and the cheapest – 2 400 euros.
According to Martin Wachter, executive director of "1Partner Kinnisvara" company, reasons of continued growth of settled bargains are low level prices on real estate market and low interest rates on loans.
