Marasi Business Bay Water Homes consists of luxury two-storey villas and townhouses lined up along an artificial jetty. It is made in the shape of a sickle and is connected by a bridge to the main land. The houses are rectangular and there is a large terrace with safe transparent high parapets next to each house. The walls of the villas are almost entirely made of double glass. On one side, the veranda is fenced with brown rotunda panels. The roofs of the buildings are flat and the general appearance of the complex resembles a piece of Finland in Dubai.
