The average area of housing under construction is 79.9 sq.m. 75% of permits were issued for construction of buildings and 25% for the construction of other buildings. 70.3% of permits issued for construction of residential houses, 29.7% - commercial properties.

Most large-scale construction will take place in Pirotska County in the southeastern part of the country on the border with Bulgaria, it is planned to spend 58.2% of the total cost of the work. In the second place is Nishavski District (7.3%), Northern Bachsky District (7%) and the Belgrade District (6.6%).
