Romania's capital Bucharest offers some of the cheapest office rents in Central and Eastern Europe, according to a study by real estate consultancy company Cushman&Wakefield.
Bucharest ranks 42nd out of 63 towns analyzed by the company, with a price of 332 Euros per sq.m. per year for office rents.
A gradual increase of rents is estimated for this year in Bucharest, as the country forecasts economic growth, the report says.
