According to Knight Frank’s and Citi Private Bank’s report, Monaco is the priciest country in the world, with an average cost of 58 200 dollars per sq. m.
Cap Ferrat in the south of France checks in at number two with London rounding out the top three. The rest of the top ten is filled out by the likes of Hong Kong, St. Moritz, St. Tropez and Geneva, to name a few.
