About the project
The monarch consists of six houses grouped in two rows around a long courtyard. This intimate interior is the place where the community life of the development will take place in the future. There is the common room, the playground and the cozy seating areas. The private outdoor spaces of the apartments all face the courtyard and give it a Mediterranean atmosphere. Different floor structures, a carefully staged green area and a well thought-out lighting concept mark the demarcation between public, semi-private and private outdoor spaces.
