About the project
The "BÄUMIG" project in the Lindendorf residential park will be increased by three floors together with the complete renovation of the two properties 35 and 37. From summer 2022, 35 comfortable, bright 2.5 to 5.5 room apartments with balconies await you. "BÄUMIG" is located in the center of Lindendorf, a larger residential complex that was built in the 1980s. A lot has happened in the last 40 years and we use the necessary total renovation at the same time to add floors to the existing houses.
Some of the surrounding buildings of the Lindendorf will also be renovated and some will be increased. However, the “Bäumig” project, with its three additional floors, will be the tallest building in the district.
The properties of the Lindendorf are surrounded by a spacious park with playgrounds, ponds and shady relaxation areas, which will also be adapted and renovated for you.
