About the project
Life is what inspires us. Full of new impulses, we have created a unique and complex space that combines a sense of design, timelessness and functionality. Community living in Dúbravka will allow you to live according to yourself. The name Cherries living refers to the fact that the building is located in a place where there were orchards in the past, mainly cherries.
The project is designed to create a community of residents and strengthen good relations between neighbors. There is a playground, crossfit playground, community gardens and, of course, lots of greenery. Children will be able to play safely in several enclosed yards and you can strengthen your form on the crossfit playground. You will see the fruits of your work in the community garden, you will enjoy a pleasant evening with friends on the terrace by the barbecue and you will meet your neighbors at joint events in the clubhouse or on the roof terrace. If you love relaxing by the water, you don't have to go anywhere - living cherries also have their own lagoon! The complex also includes a gatehouse with a gatehouse, which will, in addition to monitoring the movement, assist residents with minor modifications and coordinate the use of the clubhouse in time.
