Only 3 out of 10 people In Romania are satisfied with the acquired housing

Recent research by RE/MAX showed that most of the buyers of real estate in Romania are not satisfied with their choice. In Europe, however, the situation is the opposite —are unhappy only 2 out of 10 buyer.

The most popular of these disadvantages is the distance from the center of the city, the lack of parks and gardens, parking lots, subway stations. According to President of RE/MAX in Romania, the situation is explained by the fact that many local residents purchase housing under a government program Prima Casa. Due to limited budget, people have to accept housing in affordable complexes located away from the center.

Regarding the duration of purchase, citizens of Romania spend on the selection object as much as all Europeans — 2 months. On average during this time they view 7 apartments or houses.
