A place where affordable living and a new, creative hotspot come together: that is BUUR. Adjacent to the Leidsche Rijn Centrum shopping area, three closed residential blocks will arise, each with its own character. Under the buildings will be a parking garage and bicycle shed, with collective courtyards on top. The residential blocks fit in seamlessly with the Haussmann-like structure of this area. BUUR offers 454 2- and 3-room rental apartments, of which 314 are in the social rent and 140 in the mid-term rent. On the ground floor, in line with the shopping street, (shopping) spaces will be available for rent under the name 'Artisan'. Local small-scale, commercial, social and craft entrepreneurs can establish themselves here.
