In Vilnius on the Avenue of the Constitution will soon begin work on the construction of high-rise buildings in the form of a crystal. The cladding glass will be a real decoration of the multifunctional center Tower-K18B. It will house a luxury hotel for 300 luxurious guest rooms as well as offices, a bar and a restaurant.
The design consists of 2 elements – pedestal 6 levels and the main 18-storey part. Total area – 19 000 sq. m. After the construction the Tower-K18B will be the second tallest building in Lithuania.
The right to construct the Lithuanian skyscraper crystal was awarded to Studio Libeskind. In the competition were also involved architectural firms from Estonia, Italy, Denmark and Lithuania. This will be the third building designed by Daniel Libeskind. Real estate development firm Lords LB Asset Management plans to invest in construction around €40 million.
