About the project
The reconstructed apartment building is located in the center of Brno in the cadastral area of Veveří. This location is mainly characterized by historic multi-storey buildings, excellent transport links and a number of schools. The reconstruction of the apartment building is designed so that its exterior does not disturb the surrounding buildings, but also so that the interior meets modern trends.
The apartment building has housing units with a layout of 1 + kk with an area of 40 square meters, which are located on the 5th to 7th floor in the courtyard; 2 + kk with an area of 40 - 80m2 to the 5th floor. The ground floor apartments have a large terrace facing the courtyard; 3 + kk about 80m2 to the 5th floor; 4 + kk about 110m2 from 5 to 8th floor. On the 7th and 8th floor there are apartments with a south terrace.
There is also a commercial space in the apartment building with an area of about 140 square meters located on the 1st floor. The entrance to the commercial space is directly from Kotlářská Street, where there are also two shop windows. The space has a toilet and preparation for the kitchen.
