For the development project Rezidence Vrchlićkého, Geosan Development sro chose Vrchlicého street in the urban part of Prague 5 - Košiře. Fortunately, the initially agricultural region of Kosire avoided the panel buildings, but many green areas remain. The seven-storey new building Vrchlického Residence has grown in close proximity to greenery and offers quiet and safe accommodation in 52 residential units 1 + kk - 3 + kk and 19 studios 1 + kk or 2 + kk ranging from 39 m2 to 89 m2.
