Twenty in Riga

€ 3,200

Description

About the project

The building was built in 1911 by architect Nikolai Nord. This is a vivid example of Riga Art Nouveau with a tangible influence of British Art Nouveau and neoclassicism.
Architect Nikolai Nord was inspired by strict British modernism with a pronounced vertical rhythm in the style of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
At the same time, the building has the characteristic features of neoclassicism popular at the turn of the century.
Living in TWENTY means having everything you need for a quality and fulfilling life within walking distance.
