Albanian authorities plan to regulate the rental market in the country. Tighter controls will apply to both private tenants and legal entities.
In order to control the market for each property will be wound up a special digital card, where will be presented to all the information about the property, its owners and their assets. The Ministry of Finance is counting on the cooperation of the real estate agencies.
