Albania’s housing market is well developed for today, which allows purchase high quality, just built apartments, according to "turnkey approach" in almost any city in the country.
Developers sell apartments of 60–90 square meters area, for 400–700 euros per square meter. Prices for apartments of similar quality in the neighboring countries like Montenegro, Greece and Croatia – usually 3–4 times expensive.
According to experts Bora Property Albania view, real estate prices in Albania are constantly growing – by 10–15% per year – which makes investing in Albania’s real estate attractive to potential buyers.
Permanent return on investments can bring housing letting out for rent. Apartments, located near beach zone are in great demand among tourists, whose number annually increases.
