Unknown Albania. The experience of buying apartments on the coast

Albania is not such a well-known country as Spain or Bulgaria. Is it the lack of roads and shops, the mafia and fundamentalists? Or is it friendly people, perfectly smooth highways and the great leisure on the seas? Maybe neither one nor the other? Let's learn it directly from the Russians, who've bought the property in Albania.

Sergei has recently bought two apartments in Albania. "Me and my business partner had absolutely nothing in common with Albania. In November 2013 my friend went to see an apartment for himself and took us for company's sake. We've spent there just one week and I fell in love with this country," said Sergei.

Eventually Sergei has bought two apartments. One is located in a major city of Vlora with a population of about 150 thousand people. The other one is in the north, in the resort town of Shengjin. Both apartments are on the first line from the sea and in newly constructed buildings.
