Housing on the secondary real estate market in Turkey continued to rise, while rents for houses and apartments have not changed, according to the portal REIDIN, prepared the index of changes in property prices in March 2013.
Resellers went up all over Turkey at 0.74% for the month. In March 2013, the largest price increase recorded in Istanbul (0.94%), Antalya (0.90%), Adana (0.79%) and Ankara (0.76%). The positive dynamics of prices for resale properties observed in Izmir (0.44%) and Bursa (0.10%). Secondary property became cheaper only in Istanbul - by 0.31%.
Rental rates for property in Turkey remained stable throughout the country. Prices increased in Adana (0.79%), Ankara (0.20%) and Istanbul (0.12%). Rental rates have fallen in Antalya (0.40%), Bursa (1.00%) and Istanbul (1.04%). Prices in Izmir remained at the same level.
In comparison, the new property in Istanbul has risen in March 2013 by 8.5% compared with the same month last year.
