Homes in Istanbul have become more expensive by 7-20% over the last year, according to different sources, and infrastructure projects only accelerate this process. At the end of 2013 the underground tunnel Marmaray was opened to unload bridges over the Bosphorus, and in the middle of this year's the most important will be the opening of the railway line between the largest city in Turkey and the capital of that country. It will be the fourth line in the high-speed network; the remaining three are situated in the central part of the country.
