Prices for real estate in Sweden remain high. Over the last 3 months apartment prices rose by 3%, according to The Local, referring to the company Mäklarstatistik.

The most expensive properties are situated in Stockholm and Gothenburg, the two largest cities in Sweden. In Malmö, the real estate is more affordable. For comparison, in the center of Stockholm one square meter of living space costs now €7,440 and in Gothenburg - about €4,650.
