It is made up of the plot on which the house is built and a large landscaped plot with a drive and double garage. It has three floors. On the ground floor is the entrance hall, 1 bedroom, a lounge with an open fire place, and access the naya. In the naya is the barbecue, a laundry room; through a corridor there is an outside bathroom and the pool equipment booth. Via some stairs there is access to the swimming pool level of with its palm tree and a covered terrace. On the first floor is a lounge, an office, a bedroom with a bathroom. On the top floor is the master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room. In front of the dressing room there is a large terrace with an outdoor shower and a stairway to the acotea which has sea views.
