This villa, only eight years old, is built on a plot from which we can admire and enjoy the views over
the Altea bay, from the Morro de Toix to Albir. The house is spread over three floors connected by stairs and elevator. It has five bedrooms plus a guest apartment with two other rooms.
We enter from the parking lot at the top to an entrance with a small hall where there is a room with terrace and complete bathroom. We get down to the middle floor either by stairs or by the lift. Here we find a total of four bedrooms all with complete bathrooms and terraces overlooking the sea. We continue descending by stairs or lift and we reach a large and bright living room with large windows that communicates openly, but at the same time discreet, with a large kitchen. All areas are overlooking the sea and all the rooms on this floor has direct access to a large terrace with barbecue and pool, to enjoy pleasant and long periods of good weather found in Altea. Next to the kitchen we find a separate room and laundrette service area and also a direct access to the terrace. All this makes this home a very bright space all day, all year around. In a separate area we find a large guest apartment with sea views, living room and open plan kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.
