Ananta Sacred space is a small eco friendly retreat center in the North East of Spain and is currently for sale.
Ananta started in 2004 as an abandoned ruin on a scrub of land. It was a 1 woman project to transform it in to a space of love where people can come to experience and share in its healing energy.
Its long term vision is of being a 5th dimensional community living space that shares its consciousness through its example of harmonious living and spiritual/creative workshops etc
5th dimensional is another way of saying living a life that is led from the heart (which is all knowing and connected to divine will) rather than just living from the mind which is limited and cannot know its longterm effects. 5th dimensional reality is about living in harmony with nature and each other, remembering ultimatly we are all one.
Ananta radiates this energy and is a very special space.
THE PRACTICAL INFORMATION.
Based in the beautiful Terra Alta wine region of Catalonia, approx 480metres above sea level, Ananta runs alongside the pilgrim path to Santiago De Compostella known as the ´Ebro way´.
It comprises of three, two storey stone cottages. One has been used as a home living space but would also be appropriate as a a second workshop space.
The 2nd cottage has a lovely natural rock interior where the cottage has been built around it and a mezzanine.
The 3rd stone building is a ruin but has potential to be renovated.
The retreat center consists of 4 high quality yurts,inc yoga/ workshop space.
Adobe cob building that is the guest kitchen and bathroom.
Compost toilets.
Good solar power system that supplies the stone houses and yurts.
There are also outdoor gathering spaces – American Indian Medicine Wheel, Labyrinth and other places created for meditation etc.
The retreat center currently accommodates up to 8 guests, however there is room for expansion.
There is also a broadband internet Connection.
The land in total is approx 7.5 hectares with some forest, flat land appropriate for vegetables and forest garden and some terraces.
There is one field of wine grapes and about 20 young fruit trees, some mature olive, almond and fig trees and a herb/perennial garden.
3 water sisternas, 2 x 15,000ltrs and 1 x 40,000ltrs. I cuurrently have my water delivered every couple of months but there are 2 options on the land for a well.
There are also land and properties on either side of Ananta that are possible to buy, one that already has a well and a 2 storey building is currently for sale.
The road into town is tarmac, Gandesa is the local town 7 km (approx 15 mins drive) with all amenities including a medical centre and main line bus station. The next main town with train station is 35mins away and Reus is the nearest airport 1 hour away or Barcelona 2.5hrs.
Sale includes all of the retreats furnishings, wood burning stoves etc, tools for maintanance, washing machine and an 8 seater people carrier- Nissan Serena.
