Calella is a city and a municipality in Spain, part of the province of Barcelona as part of the autonomous community of Catalonia. The municipality is part of the district (komarki) Maresme. Since the 60s of the XX century a new period of prosperity of the city, connected with the growth of tourism in Spain, has begun. The beach with golden sands stretching for 3 kilometers, bays surrounded by rocks and a blue sea with clear waters turned the city into one of the major tourist centers of the province.
The hotel is located 250 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the shopping center. Near the hotel there is a playground and underground parking, the railway station is a 10-minute walk away. Easy and fast travel to Barcelona by train takes 50 minutes, in addition there is the national highway N-II and the motorway C-32. The cost of the hotel is 1 404 000 euros. The price includes a commission, but does not include other taxes and fees. The hotel is open only three months in summer (100% occupancy), for tourists with half board, the dining room is in the next building, where the dinner costs the owner of the hotel 5 euros.
