On the site, a foundation for building 7.242 m2 was prepared.
The remaining area of 258 m2 allowed the construction of the villa.
The amount of investment in the preparation of project documentation and the first phase of the construction cycle amounted to 7.000.000 euros.
The cost of the land plot is indicated taking into account the cost of the project package.
