The Medical Center is a state-of-the-art building primarily designed to accommodate private medical service providers. The ground floor is intended for retail commercial outlets and health services (pharmacy, optician, medical clinic, medical devices shop and a bar). All six outlets will have direct access to the road to Ljubljana. On the next four floors there are planned areas for carrying out health care services and related activities. The 5'h floor is intended for medical personnel housing and post-operating rooms. The building is connected to two stairs cores with a larger hospital lift on the north side and three smaller liftson the south side.
