Slovenian agents have passed through the worst year

In 2013 sales of real estate in Slovenia have not exceeded 10,000 for the first time in 5 years, writes ee24.ru with reference to Balkan media. 

Geodetic Administration of the Republic reports that last year in Slovenia 6,011 flats and 3,504 houses were sold, i.e. 9,515 objects in total compared with 10,850 in 2012. Property prices in Slovenia have dropped by 7%, to €1,510 per sq.m.

The most expensive housing in Slovenia, with a cost of meter exceeding €2,000, is located in the Alpine resort of Kranjska Gora, on the Adriatic coast, as well as in the capital of Ljubljana. The most expensive deal in the country was a sale of a small apartment in Ljubljana for €6,200 per sq.m.
