Property in Poland rises in price very slightly

Amounts that property owners are asking in Poland do not change. This February, prices fell by 0.5% to January and by 0.4% y-o-y, reports ee24.com citing domy.pl.

Over the past year houses and apartments in Gdansk, Gdynia and Katowice became more than by 2% more expensive. Szczecin (-1.4%), Bydgoszcz (-1.6%) and Olsztyn (-2.4%) are leaders of falling in prices.

In major cities of the country housing becomes a bit more expensive, while in the capital it becomes more affordable. Houses and apartments in Wroclaw increased in price by 0.7% to €1,399 per sq.m, property in Lodz - by 1.7% to €927 per sq.m, residential real estate in Krakow - by 0.5% to €1,664 per sq.m. At the same time, apartments in Warsaw are by 0.3% cheaper than a year before. Offering price is €2,004 per sq.m.

Real Estate in Warsaw expectedly became the most expensive in the country. The most inexpensive real estate in Poland can be bought for €698 per sq.m in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
