Experts are optimistic about the real estate market in Poland, expecting improvement in the long term. For the last two months worth of housing transactions increased by 5.6%, according to portal Financial Times with reference to the report of the financial advisor Open Finance. For comparison, worth of housing dropped by 28% since 2007.

Tightening of the monetary policy in Poland has led to the fact that in 2012 was oversupply in the property market, and the number of mortgage loans decreased by 15%. In addition, during the second half of 2012 Polish developers have reduced the number of new projects.
