Norway sells for cheap a house with a helipad in the sea

Norwegian concern Statoil offered for sale an exclusive house with 20 rooms, a helipad and sea views. Corporation requested a modest amount - only 1 Norwegian Krone (€0.13).

Platform for oil and gas, offered as a private dwelling, is located in the Norwegian Sea, 175 km north from Kristiansund. Reason of such a low price is simple: the customer eventually will have to dismantle the platform at his own expense.

Statoil built the platform in the Norwegian Sea in 2001. Average life of such buildings is 20 years.
