Karspelhof is contemporary living in an urban environment, in an existing neighborhood, next to a quiet park with the lively heart around the corner. Enough space for the whole family! In total, Karspelhof consists of 150 single-family homes. The 100 rental homes have been sold to Syntrus Achmea RE&F and have a mix of 69 private sector, 31 regular rental homes. Sister company Era Contour is responsible for the construction.
