A large commercial real estate transaction in Einhoven has boosted the sales record in Holland for the first half of 2012, according to real estate advisor Savills. Chalet Group, an investment fund based in the Netherlands, recently purchased the Philips High Tech Campus for 425 000 000 euro.

According to Savills latest research report on the Netherlands commercial real estate markets the first half of 2012 saw a total office investment volume of 1 100 000 000 euro, a rise of 36% compared with the same period of 2011.
