Kennedy will build an elite settlement in the Bay of Kotor

In the village of Kavach, which is near Kotor in Montenegro, the first stone of the Sea Breeze village was laid. At a reception organized for the occasion, Mayor of Kotor Maria Chatovich was spotted with John Kennedy, founder and head of the development company Boka Group.

In his speech, Kennedy noted that the village will consist of 50 villas, each of which will have picturesque views of the Bay of Kotor? and the golf course, which will also be built by Boka Group. Residences will consist of 3 or 4 rooms. The first part of the village will consist of 25 houses.

The cost of private homes will range from €400,000 to €1 million. To date, 8 villas has already been sold. The first house of 350 sqm was biught by a customer from England for €1 million. Separately stated that investor, that wants to purchase a home, can take a mortgage on half the amount of the transaction. The mortgage is issued by Crnogorska komercijalna banka.

Maria Chatovich, in turn, said that the project was only possible due to the successful cooperation of Boka Group and local authorities. The partners in the project will also address the Montenegrin architectural, engineering and construction company.
