Imitation of history. Old Town of Tivat will be built from scratch

Boka Group plans to build the Tivat's Old Town, which will be the first new project on the Adriatic in such a classical style. Construction of buildings will require €450 million and will provide 1,000 jobs, according to ee24.com citing seebiz.eu. CEO of the company John Kennedy and Mayor of Tivat Ivan Novosel discussed the details during a working meeting.

Old Town will be located on former agricultural lands and will include residential and commercial buildings made of stone in the medieval style, and the best traditions will be combined with latest technology. In ancient times it was impossible even to dream of electricity, cable TV and air conditioning, and this development will have it all behind the pseudo-historical facades.

Things in Old City will be humming all-year-round, and for this puropes the developer is ready to reduce prices: in this case Montenegrins themselves will be able to buy property and use it as first homes.
