Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska builds a few villas in Montenegro. Two elite objects are built at once on a land plot of 35,583 sq.m near the Jaz and Platamuni beaches in the village of Donjem Grblju, to the west of Budva in Kotor municipality, informs the ee24.com with reference to the Montenegrin "Dnevne novine" and the cdm.me.
In addition to the existing summer house, oligarch Deripaska is building two more houses on its huge land plot in Montenegro at Cape Platamuni. According to local reports, "Deripaska will spend about €50 million for his kingdom."
According to the Secretariat of Kotor Urban Planning municipality, the development Oversajz company has documents for the construction of various facilities. In particular, the resolution on the construction of the first villas for Deripaska was issued in May 2010. It is planned to build a 2,229 sq. m. of living area and pool.
