Complex "Lustica Bay» (Luštica Bay) on the Lustica peninsula is the biggest and most expensive construction project on the market of Montenegro. Construction of the complex has begun in 2013 and today 70 apartments are already occupied, are sold 154 objects. According to the concept of the complex is planned to build more than 1,000 apartments, 500 villas, 7 hotels, two marinas on the 226 berths, a large number of restaurants, shops and facilities of the social structure and the golf course. The total investment is estimated at € 1,1 bln.
According to the management of the developer, this year will be started the construction of first luxury villas and the first marina is already in the process of construction.
Among the buyers of "Lustica Bay" there are citizens of more than 20 countries: Egypt, Switzerland, Russia, Serbia, Montenegro, Great Britain, France, the US, Lebanon, Republic of the Congo, Austria and Hong Kong.
