Hotel is situated in small baroque town of Perast which is under protection of UNESCO, 13km away from Kotor, 22km from Tivat airport and 55km from Dubrovnik airport.
Hotel has 11 luxurious suites, each diferently designed ranging from 36m2 – 99m2.
Regarding the capacity, 6 of them have double bed (200 x 200) + sofa which can be transformed in extra bed (150 x 190) and their capacity is 2+2. The other 5 suites are equiped with double bed and there can sleep max 2 persons.
The maximum capaciti of the hotel is 34 persons without a baby cots.
Hotel was builded in 2008 (finished in 2009) and the first operated year is 2010.
Hotel has 2 buildings, one smaller and one bigger house and the total surface area is 960m2..
The large house consists of a ground floor (consisting of a reception, an office with a small apartment - a room, a restaurant, a kitchen and a laundry) and 3 floors with apartments total surface (on the first two floors there are 6 apartments and the third floor of 2 apartments).
The small house consists of ground floor and 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a wellness center.
In a small house on each floor there is 1 apartment and all 3 apartments.
